3).Mode of Payment :
Payment can be made in Cash (Malaysian Ringgit/Major foreign currency) and Credit Cards.
All Treatment + 10% Service Charge

4).Special Health Conditions :
Please notify us prior to the commencement of treatment any abnormal health conditions like Pregnancy,Hypertension & Allergies as the Management will not be responsible for any unforeseen negative reaction arising from the treatment.

5).Valuables :
Kindly leave all valuables behind in the hotel safe.
Please be informed that the Management will not be responsible for any loss or damage to valuables brought into the SPA.

6).Etiquette :
The SPA is an ideal place for relaxation, serenity and tranquility.
As such we request all respectful visitors to keep noise to a minimum so as not to disturb those seeking treatment. We kindly request all cellular phones be switched off or put on silent mode. Smoking and alcohol consumption are respectfully disallowed in the Spa.We strictly adopt a clean and therapeutic approach to spa treatment and not erotic or otherwise.

7).Post Spa Treatment :
Visitors on tight schedule are kindly requested to inform us on arrival of their post spa transfers such as airport or other appointments as we will not be held responsible for any late transfers.

8).Attire :
The Spa will provide a robe, disposable underware and slippers for your comfort during treatment.

9).Cancellation :
As a courtesy to other guests and our therapists,please give us 6 hours notice if you wish to cancel or change any treatment.
